Picked up a signed copy of The Soft Hackle Fly by Sylvester Nemes

I got this book from a friend who has a store of antiques and collectables. I'm unfamiliar with the Author. If anyone can tell me anything about him, that would be a help. I paid $20 on the spot. I've looked up the book on Amazon and they are going for more that that without the signature. Also, there is one of his flies taped in the book!! This is a hardcover in excellent condition, the cover jacket shows some wear...Sounds like I'm trying to sell this, but I'm not!!! Just wanted to find out more information if anyone knows about him.

Also pictured is a piece of paper that is labeled "chapter descriptions" I'm not sure if Sylvester wrote this or if it was the owner of the book. Now that I'm looking at it more closely, the Y's in Sly and Mayfly look the same. I think it's his writing too.
