I sent my comment several days ago. I wish they would quit trying to change regs that do not need changed. It's starting to get old. The PFBC is getting as bad as the PGC.

My comments were sent last week.
Maybe WE ( PAFF and other flsherpersons) need someone we KNOW is a flyfisher on the board. I'd think we would have a little more faith in the commission.
Perhaps some of this stuff would have been caught at their meetings.
