It is a beautiful property. Enjoy the history of the place and having Spruce Creek on property is an added bonus. I don't believe this section is stocked but do not know what classifies as a "wild fishery." Close to PSU and all that activity, Fairbrook would be great as a corporate retreat or rental property.
