Looking for a floor based fly rod rack to hold rods. Any suggestions? I'd rather stick to something I can put in a corner of a room as opposed to wall mounting.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Mine is not in a showroom, so I just made it out of wood, maybe something like this:

Did you make it out of three pool cues and a piece of plain and pepperoni pizza, very clever Jack. :-D

The one I made is linear, not a corner model. This^ is the corner model, impromptu design.

ahhh, sicilian pizza fan r ya?

More like Stouffers.

That's only an issue if you brag about it to the wrong people.

I just use the corner. :)

This is what I've been using for as long as I can remember. It doesn't get any easier than this. All I did was cut a bunch of PVC pipes as tall as a milk crate and stuff as many in it as you can wedge them in there tight and they will never move. I used 2",3" and 4" pipe. You can get as many as 18 rods in 1 crate.

Delta Dog FTW. That is super easy. Love the amish riggings.

delta's solution is wonderful. I use wine racks, which often are very inexpensive at yard sales.hp

Here is one I made years ago.http://s42.photobucket.com/user/skegfish/media/DSC00478.jpg.html

you are going to need at least a 24 rod rack for this obsession..

That's like mine, but I have a "straight-six." And, not so purty.
