Crayfish

I just did a google search for crayfish clousers, and it seems like everyone has their own variations of how this fly should be tied. Guess I'll have to sit down, spend some time, and get creative on how to tiw one of those crawdaddies.

I fished the tail water out of Raystown dam this past Friday from Corbin Island upstream a few 100 yards. When I stepped into the water between the 2 islands the whole bottom moved. It was like that every step of the journey! I was amazed. If I would have had a net I would have been have'n a steamed crawdaddys for eats that night. Some of um gotta be 8 inches or better! No trout caught SM Bass and blue gills. No water being released from the dam. It's that low and warm I can't even see how they are turn'n the turbines at the power plant.
