my egg box os mainly slashy and bright colored and i need to get off my butt and tie nymphs but im being lazy...

Are all your egg and spawn flies unweighted or are you tying in some lead underwraps?

They are all unweighted. I usually add shot as needed. When you look at a natural egg in the water, it doesn't hug the bottom like a weighted fly does. I feel that an unweighted fly is more natural, even if you toss a few split shot on the line.
