Cabin Fever 2010 Sunday March 7th 9am-4pm

bikerfish:

I should be there right around the time it opens at 9.
I'll have a PA Flyfish hat on.
Can only stay until about 1 though.

i`ll probably be there around 9 am maybe stay untill noon, not sure about being able to go for a bite to eat afterwards , i have to work sun night

I need to buy a few things of course, and will probably be checking out the vendors right after arriving.
How about if we meet in the front of the room where troutbert's presentation is. Say, around 10 or 10:15 or so? We might even be able to get in a few words with him beforehand.

I just realized I have to work that weekend, why does everything always have to be on my weekend to work?

troutbert, thanks for the schedule! I'll be getting there around 9am also. looking forward to it!

I am a 50/50 right now.

Ya know, I won the raffle from Mike Boyle for the fishing on spruce. He called me to cancel as I was in transit to spruce and I've never heard from him again. So much for that raffle...at least it goes to a good cause.

Ill be there.

45 and sunny for sunday, might just go fishing instead!!

I might show up for a bit around 1pm. See if I can find any deals on some new hackle.

I just made arrangements to be there. I will even tie a few flies as I sit in front of my vise...That is if I don't talk too much to folks visiting the show ;-)

As a fellow southpaw, I look forward to watching you tie!

Just got back from the show - I got what I went for - Harelines Senyo Lazer Dub - and a bunch of other stuff, haha. It was a good show and it was pretty packed. Good times.

I picked up a few random things and got Groove a few things to start out. We split a nice saddle hackle for $20, I got some biots for biot bodies, some cdc, hooks, new scissors, and a few other random items. We showed up at around 1pm and left at about 2:45. We didn't see any of the speakers and just shopped around. Had limited time but got some good deals so it was worth heading out.

I enjoyed Troutberts presentation. And got into some good discussion with him afterward.
Also got to talk with Old Lefty , and Deb Weisburg about her nice piece in FFM.
Didn't buy much gear. Not many bargains there IMO
It was still worth attending though

Hey ri, Did you see the guy table from Klondicke reel seats. they were killer. I got 2 pac bay birds eye maple real seat for 10$ apiece that was a good deal. But some of the tieing material was a little shabby but I got to see some nice custom rods. The best thing was Promanti Bros is about 2 block from the show, good eats. All and all i shoulda made the hoof up to Erie instead. It woulda bin about the as long drive as it was to the show.

Anyone win any of the prizes at the show??? I'm too cheap to enter.
