Blue Trout

Not sure what it was an albino of, maybe rainbow. I had a picture of one of them floating around my house. back then I had a plain film camera and I believe the picture did not do the fish justice. Will have to look for it.

Nope that's not a blue trout. A blue trout is very much blue not silvery.

That trout doesn't look anything like the one I caught. The one I caught, it's back was a solid blue. When you seen it in the water, you could tell right away it was different, it stood out from the rest!

I have seen browns and brooks with that silver color. Just a hatchery fish, that needs to get a decent diet. Fish that have a diet of alot of crustations seem to get that way. (sea runs eat shrimp/crabs alot) same for a crawfish diet in the wild. Its just a weird hatchery fish. Or could be a thiroid condition also, but still not a blue trout.

I've seen purple trout, but only after ingesting some rather suspicious looking homemade brownies.
