Best raincoat under $200

I have a Patagonia torrentshell. Great ultralight, packable jacket with pit zips. I actually have the patagonia Torrentshell parka which they don't make anymore. I'm tall at 6'4" so I needed the extra length. If you're any shorter than me then the regular Torrentshell would probably suit you just fine.

I have found Gore-Tex products to be superior to all others. You name it breathable, durable, comfortable, and reliable is Gore-Tex.
