in reference to the thread on Quill Gordon nymphs, these are the wets that I tie to match the dun emerging from the stream bottom.

nice job on those

Nice... great job on the wings.

Outstanding. Your wings are very nicely done.

I am not a wet fly guy but those look deadly. Is the wing turkey tail fibers?

Looking good there turkey.

I don't know the first thing abut fishing wets...but i'd fish those.

turkey,

What are you doing, you know wets don't catch fish. Nice flies.....

Thanks everyone for the kind comments.

Mike, the wings are natural gray duck quills.

I saw some crazy guy up north last Spring catching plenty of fish on them. He looked a lot like you ;-) Now I just need a Perrine box to fill up.

Hey,

Are you going to make up this year with us? Looks like we just might hit quill gordons that weekend the way this weather is going. Hope to see you there.

Very nice, I like the black head.

Pretty flies, man. Hey, you ever "tip" them with a nightcrawler?

Aren't you supposed to be working on your roof? Too much free time, the kids these days, crackin wise ;-)
