My first attempt w these.

As usual, combed thru dozens of recipes.
Along the way, accepted the opinion that
2 sets of legs r still ok with the trout.

I doubt the trout can count legs. I usually do the tail and 6 legs but skip the antenna's.

I haven't tried this extended body trick illustrated in this vid, but it's intriguing to me. Anyone do the extended?
