Tiny Tully Flies

Fished the waterworks tonight. Man those trout are wary as all hell! Anyways there were these tiny flies that almost looked like mini praying mantises (their front legs were similar). There were like 28's and tan. Are these midges? They were ALL over me and in the air. Not sure if the fish were taking them or not, I didn't have a fly to match.

Landed 4 and had about 3 dozen turn downs/misses. Talk about a challenge!

I always assumed they were caenis when I ended up in that situation, pretty much in that same spot.
