They ought to put a bag on their butts and capture the methane for use as fuel.
 
Given this information, I'd say there be some sort of environmental restriction on next year's jam. I heard more methane discharges going on there than any cow field. :p
 
I have been around cows a lot in the past, don't ever remember a cow farting, must be the new feeding methods. No fishing friends that is different, some seem to be jet propelled.

You never milked cows on a dairy farm then. In the winter when we closed the doors it's a wonder the barn didn't float away, or explode.
 
Nope never did that, the neighbor only had one cow, she liked to get out of the pasture, we fell in the stream more than once chasing her around, maybe that took the "wind" out of her?
