Reel seat yay or nay?

Heard about these coming out back in July to replace the B2T. At first I did not like the reel seat, but now it is kind of growing on me. Would look awesome with a nice reel to match. Winston's box elder is classic but this looks pretty cool too. You will have to click the smaller picture. What do you all think?

To each his own - Winston is offering the traditional reel seat on it as well - which I expect will out sell the "new" skeletal seat

This style of seat became all the rage with custom builders a few years back and now it seems this style is popping up on a lot of higher ends factory rods. Several manufactures have their own take on this seat.

I think it usually looks cheesy but it's mostly personal preference.

I don't care for it. I would pass and get the old standard reel seat.
