Body is glo-brite floss, then ribbed with pearl uv quill and extra small utc gold wire.

Body is green UV floss from performance flies, I think. He then wraps it with a purple pearlecent rib and gold wire.

Yep Becker is right. Tail is CDL and the bead is a Montana lucent tungsten in blue.
