The family and I are heading up to the East Stroudsburg area next week to do some camping (Timothy Lake South). My wife and I are hoping to take our 3 boys out (all under 6) for some fishing along the Bush Kill. Any help on locating some easy water (deep pools, free of casting obstacles, etc.) would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, the Bush Kill looks to be the closet option to our campsite, if anyone else has any other ideas, I'm more than open to hearing them. I'm hoping to keep it close due to the limited attention spands of young boys and the very real fact that we may only spend 30 minutes fishing.

Thanks in advance!

Brian

Wish I could help you, never fished the atw in the big bushkill.

May not be close enough but the Brodhead has a bunch of parks that have some good kid friendly spots, including grills and picnic tables.
