River Bass...what's the deal

So can I flyfish for bass in the Susquehanna now? How about in tribes like conewago creek?

You can begin to target smallmouth bass in the special regulation areas this coming saturday (June 15), however, the river is predicted to rise to well above 5 feet on the Harrisburg gauge so you'll have to wait a little longer until the river clears and drops to below 4.5 feet. (I like it below 4 feet)

For wading, I like it at 2.9' or lower. It usually doesn't hit that mark until late June. Hopefully, they had a good spawn this year.
