Custom painted trout shift knob

I have a one of a kind painted shift knob that I had commissioned by the artist Alex Poland. You can verify by checking his FB page and his InstaGram also, he has pics posted of it on there. It's an abstract Brown Trout paint job that was coated in epoxy for durability. Threads are M10 x 1.25, one extension is 3" straight and the other is 4" bent. I included a pic of the wild brown trout used for reference. I had this in my Nissan Xterra

If you don't know the size of your threads or pitch I suggest you use Google and search. Please don't ask me if it will fit your car. I had this installed on my 2011 Nissan Xterra.

Not for an automatic trans, ONLY a manual.
