more of less crowded streams

From your experience, are the trout streams more crowded, less crowded, or remained the same in the last 10-20 years? (PA license sales peaked in 1990)

Mo, Jack, Pad, or Dave. Groundhog day on this one. I clicked on "New Poll" and typed in the question and three answers on the lines. No poll appeared?????
