Nothing new there.
 
I know its nothing new but just like to hammer that point home as much as possible.
 
I'd say that makes sense. The trouble is convincing the correct people of it.
 
Seems easy. managing just means leaving them alone and having certain regulations. Just make streams that have wild fish and potential "NO KILL". Spring Cr and Valley Cr are good good examples.
 
Always a good thing when Field and Stream gives a nod to wild trout.
 
Definitely not new. Trout Unlimited was founded around that issue, over 50 years ago. And fisheries management in Yellowstone Park began transitioning from the hatchery system to wild trout management some years before that.

But maybe new for Field and Stream?

And describing it in a way suited for their audience, i.e. the comparison of quality trout management with quality deer management, which is well known among hunters.
