My Joy/ Lancaster fishing

I was wondering the best place to throw a few flies would be in the Lancaster/Mt. Joy area would be on Monday?

Or, the short stretch of Donegal below the fly area and the stocked stretch above. Conoy holds trout over in some locations, but to my knowledge it is unreliable.

Didn't you guys stop stocking above the fly area due to increased landowner postings?

I assume that the co-op still stocks the open properties and that some fish from the fly stretch have moved upstream over time....plus there are probably a few wild trout around.
