Help a guy find some chrome

I posted before about some beginner advice but one question I have is specific for the Ohio rivers? How far up do the fish go? On the chagrin do they make it to the falls?

On the Chagrin they used to only go up to the Gates Mills dam, but since that is gone their next stopping point is the waterfalls in the South Chagrin Reservation. During very high water they may be able to make it to the Chagrin Falls waterfall.
