Maurice I wish I was as trusting as you are that the tax collected will be used for recalamtion but I just dont trust any of the politicians to not pilfer that money for some underfunded state program down the road. I respect your opinion and I hope to hell you are correct that the money stays where its allocated till the time its needed.
