Yay Grannoms!

The grannoms have shown up on French creek, which means they are on Oil creek as well. Saw some flying around the bridge in Franklin.
About a week late. AND the water conditions look to be good. Should be a really good weekend on Oil Creek. Smallies should be up against the banks of the Allegheny, staging to spawn. Makes for a great day of fishing.

They started at 9AM-ish Wed. Exact same date as last year.
The nice thing about today was that instead of one big morning hatch, they came off in smaller waves throughout the entire day.
