Mayfly ID help here. Found on Penns yesterday afternoon. Around a size 14. Unfortunately no tails. Must have knocked them off trying to catch it in the grass. I thought for sure Hendrickson but doesn't look quite like they usually do.

Looks like a Black Quill (Leptophlebia cupida).

The pics on Trout nut look like it's a black quill.

+1 Black Quill (male) I see them every year at this time fishing streams in the Laurel Highlands.
