I happened to come across this in my travels recently and found it to be a great resource. It lists mayflies, caddisflies, stoneflies and "others" (midges, terrestrials, etc.). Gives a nice "menu" for the different stages of the insects, fly size, presentation, etc. Hope others find use in it!

Just checked it out, they seem to have all the big hatches covered, def a informative site. Thanks for sharing
 
Keep in mind that it's for western states.

The Green Drake shown there is totally different from our Green Drake.

 
That's one thing I forgot to mention - that it is for western states. As noted, there may be some variations, but to a large extent it seemed to cover the bases.
