Hey All,

I was watching the video of the baetis nymph on the home page of this forum.
Does anyone know what the little hook holding tool the tyer was using to put the bead on the hook and then inserting in the vise was.
I would like to get one.

Thanx,

Was that tool also a hackle plier?

I believe it is a simple electrical connector. You can get them at Lowes or Home Depot for a buck

I bought 16 of these on amazon awhile back for about $4.00. Do a search for electrical hook test clip.

$2.95

Save on shipping if you purchase some tying materials.

i find the american made ones actually work better for me.

i dont mind buying american but when you only need one test clip and they charge $12+ dollars for shipping and handling, thats where i draw the line

my $1.50 and free shipping for 10 test clips is a damn good bargain
