Tube Flies for Trout

I got a tube fly kit for the silly season and was wondering if you guys use them and what patterns you would recommend.

Pop over whenever mate, I'll have to sit and tie some up, and I think Salmon river may be possible next year The family are all great and we all had a great xmas, how was yours? and hows the leg?
