The object of a resource is to use and reuse a resource, not to use it up, have we learned nothing in over 125 years of stocking?

they are legal. if it is leagal to shoot them during an open waterfowl season ANYWHERE in the world, it is legal to use thier feathers to whatever craft you wish to utalize them. i dont know how you could even tell or prove that they were from a redhead anyway.
