Recipe for a Near 'N Nuff Dry Fly

Many years ago I received a pattern for a Near 'N Nuff dry fly from John Shollenberger of Tower City. I would like to tie some more but don't have a sample to go by. Does anyone have a pattern for this fly they would like to share? Rodd

NEAR NUFF (Dry Fly)

Hook: Mustad 94840 #12-18
Thread: Grey
Wing: Lemon wood duck flank fibres, upright and divided
Tail: 2 stripped grizzly hackle stems tied in as a forked tail, extra long(twice shank length)
Body: Stripped peacock herl
Hackle: Golden ginger and grizzly mixed
