For everyone who has been wondering, yes, he still exists! There has been a confirmed appearance of the Heritage Angler at this year's PAFF Tying Jam

Yea!!!!!! It was a wonderful sight to see ED Heritage walk in the door. We managed to get him involved even though he didn't come to tie. Great to see you friend!!!
