I have a pair of eagles that nest next to my house. I'll look around the ground. Still a felony, I know, I know.

LOL I didn't even realize that even having an owl feather in your possession was illegal. I had a barred owl that stalked rabbits in my yard. One morning I woke up and found a bit of fur and an owl wing feather. I took it to work, to educate the office ladies that owls don't really make noise when they fly. I wanted to be sure it was from the barred owl, and did a quick google search. I learned that is was illegal.

Lol Im not willing to take the risk, I don't even like the NFL.
