Very nice. I haven't tied a lot of winged wet flies. Something to work on this winter. I like the mottled look of what I assume is a turkey feather.

McSneek, the wing is indeed mottled turkey wing feather.

Wing feather because the fibers are softer and more managable on this size hook. Turkey tail is typically reservered for larger specimens.

I actually fish a claret winged wet, not dissimilar to that, I like it.

thats a sweet wet fly eunan. wets are really fun to tie once you learn to tie them and have good paired feathers to use. the standard leadwing is one of my favorites.
