Conehead Popsicle question

Hi,

I'm looking to the a couple of these up for fishing on a sinking line for stripers - but I can't figure out how you get the schlappen n bou tight to the cone ?

Any body know a step by step or book ?

Or do you just tye them forward and push back after tying off ?

just tie it forward, wrap one then a second marabou finnish with the schlappen against the cone. stripers will tear them up along with blue fish.

I mean it they will shred marabou in a few seconds especially bluefish. its better to use synthetic materials for the beach...
