cedar run centre county access

Can anyone tell me where i can access cedar run in centre county? I seen a sign from what i think was the cedar run and spring creek conservation association saying to contact them for permission but i did not see any contact info. thanks.

i've never fished buffalo run but i checked it out some and i think that i found some access to it.
