Has anyone had much success with streamer fishing in those deep pools on Fishing Creek in the narrows. Ive been trying it in between moving between sections of riffles but haven't had any success yet although the stream has been fishing great otherwise. I have seen a number of bait fish in the stream so this got my hopes up for landing a nice one on a streamer. I was just wondering how others have done and if anyone recommends anything

I've caught alot of trout in the narrows on smaller streamers.

Conditions recently have been very low and clear.

Streamer fishing for wild browns is best when the water is up some, at least slightly off color, and low light is better than bright light.

Not just on Fishing Creek, but everywhere.

It's best for sure when its up and off color but it doesn't have to be trout eat fish go in the early morning right before light or at dark. Try some earthy color stuff or white.

I've seen some pretty big tan sculpins in there

This spring I did well with a sculpzulla sculpin helmet streamer but water was moving pretty good
