Scout Camp Road

I was up in Centre County recently. I was looking Scout Camp Road supposed to be off Black Moshannon Road or Black Bear Road. It’s on all of the maps, but I could not find it. Has anyone been on it? Is it a driveable Road?

Looks like there is a camp at the end of it, so it must be somewhat driveable. Never been on it myself, so no first hand experience; just looking at some satellite photos....

If you look at the map, the road that actually intersects Black Moshannon is Stone Ridge rd and Scout Camp comes off of that road. Should make your search a little more fruitful.
