Has anyone fished Logan Run in Forest County.

Yes. Small stream. Lots of small brookies and the very occasional brown. Nice waterfall in the middle.

It's far from the best stream in the drainage. Most of the better ones enter the Tionesta from the north. No, they are not class A, but most prefer them to Logan. Not that Logan isn't worth a try. It's just real small, and the fish run small, and it's not all that long to offer a full days worth of fishing, and if you only want a few hours there are better options very close by.

Really 2 ways to access it. 1. is to cross Tionesta and go up from the bottom, which requires chest waders and relatively low flows, or else a canoe if things are high. 2. is to cross the Mayburg bridge, go up over the hill along a rutted dirt road, hang a left on top, and go a mile or two. Use a GPS to determine when to pull off. Too early or late and you end up on the wrong stream. Then dive down over the hill to the stream.

Thank you for the information. Think I will give it a shot and then try some of the other streams in the area.
