Has rained each day since Thursday, Streams are at normal flow and are running clear with some spots being muddy due to run off. Fish are at the lower ends of the streams 1st mile or so. South winds need more rain to keep the tribs at this level for more fish to move upstream. Very slow year getting fish to the Tribs lake temp still 72*f Stream temp mid 60's.
