Any Pattern/Fly Suggestions for Fishing Creek Lancaster Co in April?

Fishing there tomorrow. Haven't a clue what to tie on.

Tie on anything and go somewhere else. I fished the park yesterday for a few hours. Hooked to stockers and landed a small native brownie. I fished hares ears, pheasant tails, caddis emerger, 20 incher, elk hair caddis, black wooley bugger, may have even tried a green weenie. It beautiful down in there but it gets fished hard by the "keepers." I helped with the initial stocking this year and was disappointed by the number of fish they put it. Can't speak to how many were put in Wednesday, but I sure didn't find many. Fish I caught were on hares ear and 20 incher. Good luck. Let me know what you find if you go.
