applications must be recieved by Friday, August 17, 2007. i would think that big spring should be in the running for pa. i really dont have the power to submitt an application and my local tu chapter has alot of projects already going on. any takers?

I'm not sure that's going to be enough time to put something together. Plus from what I understand, the project match is pretty substantial. I would check with Gene Macri, he might already have something in for it.
