New Pipes around lower Trindle Spring Run

I've been noticing multiple new pipes being laid around the lower Trindle Spring Run (Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County). Is anyone "up" on the intent? The quarry behind Target /Wegman's or Sewage Plant are most likely the intended users. Bulldozer and pipes parallel the Run beside Wegman's.

Just trying to "act locally"...

Thank you for bringing this up. I am concerned about that waterway (and it's still a miracle that it's as healthy as it is) and would also like to know if anyone is on the up-and-up

Thanks for the heads-up.
Apparently there was a water main break perhaps brought on by a truck striking a fire hydrant and I believe these are the repairs that are currently underway. Will keep an eye on it.
