So what gives them less of a right to fish it? Frankly, I don't see them putting in the work. Not like you can fish much of a wild trout stream sitting on a cooler.

The designation is a biologists' classification and does not affect how the water is managed. For example, the agency won't stop stocking Rock Run with hatchery-reared trout just because it's now deemed a wild trout stream.

Dear Lord no! Don't think about ceasing the stocking. If the white trucks don't put them there they don't exist!
