you can't turn the state into an industrial site without negatively impacting things like streams. sorry, just can't have the best of both worlds. the brook trout already lives in a fraction of it's original historic range, gas drilling is not going to help.
is this really a surprise?
on the bright side, we might have some decent carp fishing.
