Yo tro - I don't think there's a formal policy of discounts on the last day of shows. After decades of going to fly shows (and other hobbies), I have observed the end of the last day involves the vendors having to pack up feverishly for the trip back home. Especially if you wave cash, they can be very receptive for your helping them lighten the load. Selection won't be as good as on the first day.
