A former player's parent flew my dad out for the Army-Navy game. Was trying to watch and tie. It's been a minute since I've tied anything. My kids will probably end tossing this mess in the farm pond. Think I'll just go watch the game.. Yikes.

Glo-Bugs and sucker spawn. I got some 3X short hooks in sz. 10 and 12. After many years of steelheading with sz. 14 and 16 hooks, I thought I'd use a hook with more 'bite'. Might keep me from losing a few more fish.

to nfrechet. . . . there is nothing prettier than a well tied classic wet fly. . . you do nice work!

Ok, so it's "C" day...CDC Sulfurs and an experimental Coffin fly I hope my cat doesn't see.

Isonychia from the book Matching Major Eastern Hatches.

Replaced the CDC in the recipe with EP Trigger Point fibers that I just picked up.

Mahogany Superfine dubbing, dun hackle, dark gray microfibbet tails, brown partridge feather around the wings.

Really digging this pattern- love to hear feedback on the trigger point fibers with regards to flotation. Well done.
I haven't gotten a chance to try them on the stream yet but the material looks really nice so I ordered a bunch more colors :)
