You just never know what you might catch on small streams when fishing for smallmouth bass in the unstocked stretches. I have caught channel cats, carp, musky, crappie, suckers, fallfish and panfish. Every once in awhile I come across trout and yesterday I landed a 6 and 8 pound rainbow. Lost another at the net that was about the same size.
