Does anyone know when the comments will be finalized? They are part of the public record. I am just curious how many people will ask them to do common sense, free, and even cost saving things they refuse to do annually as part of this comment period.

Have you had any past experience that such comments have been publicized? I’ve heard or seen tallies pertaining to specific proposals, regulations for example, that have come before the Commission in the past, but I think that’s all.

No but the language seemed to indicate it would become part of the document which I assumed would be public.

No mention of tailwater management for coldwater species anywhere. I guess I should not be surprised.

That's already been addressed in the tailwater program from 5 years ago. Aka....swept under the rug
