PA fish with tumors?

So I've seen several videos with trout being caught in PA with tumors, or growths on them. Any ideas if this is the waterway or from the stocking pens? I know some central PA streams had a history of pollution issues.

I would be personally interested in seeing the video if you could post just to see what they look like out of curiosity

It didn’t post or it could be my service sucks and screen froze based on where i am at right now

I would guess it would be an issue with stockers. Those raceways are not friendly to trout cosmetics.
