Lost Crampon / Yellow Creek

I'll give it a shot. I lost a crampon on yellow creek in bedford a week or so ago. Walking down the trail and it got caught on something. I went down and banged my knee up pretty darn good. Cramp on flew off into the stream . Water was high and stained - could not locate it.
